When I launched my new blog theme near the end of May 2013 I had a lot of fellow bloggers asking who designed my theme. I was receiving nothing but positive comments as people were genuinely impressed. Not only did the designer do a great job with the design, but it was also solid SEO-wise and it was at a reasonable price. Knowing how much other wordpress theme designers charge, I know I got an amazing deal. I really was lucky to find this guy.
If I was more selfish I would keep this contact to myself and maintain this edge over the competition. Even though I have shared this contact with fellow bloggers, I do sometimes question that decision. Do I really want all their blogs to look as professional as mine? Maybe it’s not the best business move.
Oh well…I guess if I am sharing this resource with others I might as well share it more widely. If you’re looking for a new blog theme designed, contact me and I’ll get you in touch with the designer. In addition to wordpress blog theme design, he also handles website design, wordpress programming/support and various other graphic design services.
You can read all about my blog re-design experiences in a previous post. To say I was satisfied would be an understatement. I’m sure you’d be very happy with his work too. If not, he does go out of his way to keep making modifications until you are happy. I will definitely be using his services for future design work.
I’ve also had a number of people ask me about who designed the cartoon avatar on my girlfriend’s blog Girl Meets Debt. She did an awesome job with my girlfriend’s avatar and has also done outstanding work for my employer. I’ve hired her to create banners, website icons, slideshow images and more. Each time she delivers quality work in a timely fashion. Her pricing was also much lower than what she really could be charging.
So if you’re looking for any kind of illustrations for your blog or website I can put you in touch with that designer too. Just send me an e-mail and I’ll pass on her e-mail address.
